Garlic Chive Butter

If you really want to add a pop of flavor to your steaks OR impress dinner guests, definitely consider adding this flavorful butter to your menu! It is incredibly simple to make, and nothing beats melted butter that is running down the sides of your warm steak. Seriously, it's the best if you like a lot of flavor!


  • 2 Tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 oz parmesan cheese, grated
  • 6 chive sprigs, minced


Set butter out to bring to room temperature. Mince garlic and chives. Grate the cheese. Add butter to a bowl with all remaining ingredients and mix/stir with a fork. Serve on top of warm steaks. Delicious!
