This recipe was so GREAT to make! Putting all ingredients into a foil packet and baking everything together made this so easy. And it was all good, too!


  • 1 lb thinly sliced chicken breasts
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning
  • 1 lb fresh green beans
  • 1 lb baby red potatoes
  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • Shredded cheese of choice
  • Heavy Duty foil


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Rinse and thinly sliced the baby red potatoes. Also rinse the green beans and snap them in half.

Lay out 4 sheets of foil, about 16″ long. Spray each sheet with cooking spray.

Layer 1/4 lb potatoes, 1/4 lb green beans, and 1 chicken breast on each sheet of foil. I like to season each layer as well (you can use salt and pepper or your favorite seasoning).

Sprinkle ranch seasoning on top of each piece of chicken until the entire breast is covered. Top with 1 Tbsp of butter and shredded cheese.

Tightly close each foil packet and place them on a cookie sheet. Bake in the oven for 30-35 minutes. Makes 4 servings!
