CROCKPOT BAKED POTATOES

These potatoes are perfect for busy days and a variety of tastebuds in the family! Cook these in the crockpot while you go about your day, and quickly make toppings when they’re ready. You can’t go wrong with these!

Ingredients:

  • 4-8 Russet potatoes 
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • butter
  • foil
  • desired toppings

Recipe:

Clean potatoes and stab them several times with a fork.

Rub olive oil over each and sprinkle with salt.

Tightly wrap each individual potato with foil and place in slow cooker. Cook on high for 4 hours minimum.

Remove, cut open, and add butter. 

Top with desired toppings. 

So easy and versatile for a family with kids!

Suggested toppings: chili and cheese, shredded chicken and pico de gallo, taco meat with sour cream, broccoli and cheese

My fave: chili and cheese baked potato!
